The incredible totals for the 2008 season are as follows:

"Thanks for all you did to make this holiday special for the families and seniors in our community.  The Goodfellows were able to help 134 seniors, 180 families, 432 children and our all community mailing raised more than $79,000 dollars this year.  This is more money than last year!  It goes to show you how big the hearts are in this town.  We take care of each other."  -- Judy Glass, Secretary

The first seasonal Goodfellows meeting was held on October 3, 2009.

We're all ready to get started!

This year, our "Drive Day" will be on Saturday, December 19, 2009.

Look at all the FUN we had last year:

Look at all the toys there were to deliver!  A total of 432 children (ages 1-12) were served in 2008 (a whopping 27% increase over last year!).

And an ocean of food boxes!

"I can't wait for Christmas morning!"

In 2008, 180 families in the Farmington and Farmington Hills communities were recipients of Goodfellow donations.

Families receive a food box, toy box, and gift certificates to Harvest Fresh Market and/or Kmart, depending on individual needs.

Included in the Senior Program were 134 senior adults, who each received a food box, household/paper products box and a gift certificate to Harvest Fresh Market or Kmart, based on individual need.

An estimated $130,00.00 was returned to the community in toys, food, household items and gift certificates in 2008.

A total of approximately 28,672 canned good products were donated, through the fabulous efforts of the Farmington Public Schools as well as the community.

A whopping 1,296 toys were donated by many generous individuals and groups!

And an incredible $73,000.00 in cash donations, which was only a 1% increase over 2007, but an increase nonetheless!Awesome!

Phew!  We've got a lot of thank you notes to write!
